V. Regional/local quota will be observed under Rule-15 and 16 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973.


vi. The general age relaxation shall be granted to the applicants as per rules and regulations issued by the Federal government from time to time.


vii. Candidates already in Government Service must apply through proper channel.


viii. All recruitment shall be made in accordance with the policies circulated by Federal government from time to time.


ix. The applications received after due date and incomplete applications will not be entertained.


x. Only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for Test/Interview.


xi. No TA/DA will be admissible to appear for Test/Interview.


xii. The applicants with disabilities shall have to produce valid disability certificate issued by Government Hospital, declaring therein that he/she is fit for government job.


xill. The officials can be appointed in any of the Bench of the Tribunal of the province in which the post is lying vacant and can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.


xiv. "The appointees against the posts of UDC and LDC at S. No. 3 & 4 above shall qualify three (03) Weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) to be conducted by NITB during their probation period, failing which the services of the appointee can be terminated as per rules and regulations.
