1. Contract Duration: Up to two years, and further extendable, at the end of the defined duration, subject to satisfactory annual performance evaluation;

2. Selection Method: Selection will be made on merit, competency and relevance to the TORS;

3. Compensation Package: Approved Project-based salary will be offered, based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate:
