1.Interested candidates, who fulfill the required criteria, may submit application forms (available on the University website, (www.netmardan.edu.pk) along with attested photocopies of educational testimonials (i.e., Degrees/Certificates. Transcripts/DMCs), Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph and original fee deposit receipt as mentioned below in the office of F e of Registrar, UET Mardan on or before 25/04/2025. 2. A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 4.000/- (non-refundable) for Serial Nos. 01 to 03 and
Rs. 3,000/- for Serial Nos. 04 to 05 must be deposited at any branch of the Bank of Khyber
(nationwide) into the university account titled "Miscellaneous Fund UETM," Branch Code 0179, Account No. 003001354859, IBAN No. PK98 KHYB 0179 0030 0135 4859. 3.Only those qualifications, experiences and publications etc. will be considered, if documentary proof is attached up to the last date of submission of application forms.
4. Contact number, Postal and Email address must be written clearly on application form. Any change in contact detail must be reported immediately to the Registrar office. The nomenclature of the post applied for must be written on the bottom of right corner of the envelop.
5.In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must also submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned departments/organizations along with the
application forms.
6.Original documents along with CNIC and domicile must be produced at the time of
test/interview.
7. Age relaxation will be considered in light of government rules on case-to-case basis. The candidates applying for more than one post are required to submit separate application form along-with original Bank receipt for each post.
9.In-case any educational document or any other document provided by the applicant is found incorrect/fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately. 10. The University réserves the right to cancel, increase, decrease, or not to fill any of the
advertised position(s) without assigning any reason.
11.No TA/DA will be given for attending the test/interview.
