    - Qualification: PhD or Masters/MPhil in International Relations, International Affairs, Security Studies or related field

    - Experience: 8 years for PhD or 12 years for Masters/MPhil degree

    - Age Limit: 50 years

- *Legal Advisor on National Security (LANS) (MP-1)*: 1 post

    - Qualification: PhD or equivalent in International Law

    - Experience: 10 years, including 5 years of government experience

    - Age Limit: 50 years

- *Senior Policy Specialist (MP-1) - Traditional Security*: 1 post

    - Qualification: PhD or Masters/MPhil in International Relations and Security Studies

    - Experience: 8 years for PhD or 12 years for Masters/MPhil degree

    - Age Limit: 50 years

- *Senior Policy Specialist (MP-1) - Non-Traditional Security*: 1 post

    - Qualification: PhD or Masters/MPhil in Public Policy, Development Economics, or Political Economy

    - Experience: 8 years for PhD or 12 years for Masters/MPhil degree

    - Age Limit: 50 years

- *Policy Expert (MP-II) - Traditional Security*: 2 posts

    - Qualification: PhD or Masters/MPhil in International Relations/Affairs, Defence and Strategic Studies

    - Experience: 5 years for PhD or 8 years for Masters/MPhil degree

    - Age Limit: 45 years

- *Policy Expert (MP-II) - Non-Traditional Security*: 1 post

    - Qualification: PhD or Masters/MPhil in Public Policy, Economy/Political Economy

    - Experience: 5 years for PhD or 8 years for Masters/MPhil degree

- *Research Specialist (MP-III) - Traditional Security*: 3 posts

    - Qualification: PhD or Masters/MPhil in International Relations/Affairs, Defence and Strategic Studies

    - Experience: 3 years for PhD or 5 years for Masters/MPhil degree

    - Age Limit: 40 years

- *Research Specialist (MP-III) - Non-Traditional Security*: 2 posts

    - Qualification: PhD or Masters/MPhil in Public Policy, Economics/Political Economy

    - Experience: 3 years for PhD or 5 years for Masters/MPhil degree

    - Age Limit: 40 years

- *Research Specialist (MP-III) - International Law*: 1 post

    - Qualification: PhD or LLM in International Law

    - Experience: 3 years for PhD or 5 years for LLM degree

    - Age Limit: 40 years


*Application Requirements*

- Only Pakistani nationals are eligible

- Candidates should be of sound mental and physical health

- In case of selection, candidates working in public/private sector will have to either resign or seek retirement from their posts/services before joining the new assignment
