The University of the Punjab is hiring for various positions under an HEC NRPU Research Project. Here are the details:

*Available Positions*

- *PhD Studentship*: 1 post

    - Eligibility: PhD enrolled candidates with a background in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Microbiology or relevant fields)

    - Stipend: Rs. 80,000 per month

- M.Phil. Studentship: 2 posts

    - Eligibility: M.Phil. enrolled candidates in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Microbiology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics or relevant fields)

    - Stipend: Rs. 37,500 per month

- *Undergraduate Studentship*: 1 post (for 7 months)

    - Eligibility: Minimum qualification matric with science

    - Stipend: approximately Rs. 14,000 per month

- *Laboratory (Part-time) Attendant*: 1 post

    - Eligibility: Minimum qualification matric with science

    - Stipend: approximately Rs. 8,300 per month

*Requirements*

- Good scientific write-up and lab skills for PhD studentship

- Knowledge of Dynamic Programming, sequence alignments, and bioinformatics tools for M.Phil. studentship

- Basic knowledge of PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, etc. for laboratory attendant
