- Submit a duly signed hard copy of the online application form along with required documents to PHEC by September 24, 2025 (5:00 pm) via registered courier/post
- Include a valid bank draft/pay order/digital bank transfer/deposit slip for the application processing fee
*Application Processing Fee:*
- Rs. 1,500 for positions 1-3
- Rs. 1,000 for positions 4-14
- Rs. 500 for positions 15-16
