- *Director*: Requires BBA/MBA with 15 years of experience in government departments, preferably in fleet management, administration, logistics, procurement, and coordination.

- *Deputy Assistant Director*: Requires BBA/MBA with 5 years of experience in middle-level management, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

- *Call Center Agent*: Requires graduation with 2 years of call center experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of computer and operating systems.

- *Naib Qasid*: Requires middle-level education with relevant experience.

- *Drivers*: Requires matriculation with LTV/HTV license and 3 years of driving experience.

- *Head Clerk*: Requires graduation with 10 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and good computer skills.
