Deputy Director Internal Audit (01 Post)

• Qualification: Member of a recognized professional accountants body (IFAC, CA, ACCA, ICMA, ICAEW or equivalent). CIA and CISA certifications are advantages.
• Experience: Over three years (for CAs) or five years (for others) of post-qualification experience in internal audit, finance, compliance, or related advisory services.
• Roles: Preparing risk assessments, developing the Internal Audit Plan, conducting special audits, and assisting in financial and compliance matters.

Assistant Director Internal Audit (02 Posts)

• Qualification: Member of a recognized professional body (ACCA, ICAEW, ICMA, CIMA, ICAPRA) or a Masters in Business Administration (Finance/Risk Management) from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Over three years (for professional body members) or five years (for ICAPRA/MBAs) post-qualification experience in internal audit, finance, or compliance functions.
• Roles: Assisting the Deputy Director Internal Audit (DIA) in risk assessment and planning, coordinating with external auditors, monitoring audit progress, and assisting with training.

Principal Auditor (04 Posts)

• Qualification: Affiliate or finalist of CA, ACCA, ICMA, ICAEW or CIMA or a Masters in Business Administration (Finance/Risk Management) from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum three years (for CA finalists) or four years (for others) post-article/post-qualification experience in internal audit, finance, or compliance.
• Roles: Assisting Assistant Directors (ADIA) in risk identification, preparing audit programs, performing audit procedures, and testing controls.

General Conditions

• Domicile: Sindh Province only.
• Age Limit: Candidates must not be above 45 years of age.
• Work Station: Karachi.
• Contract: The posts are purely contractual for two years, extendable based on performance.
