• Assistant Purchase Officer (BPS-16)
• Assistant Store Officer (BPS-16)
How to Apply
1. Obtain Application Form: The application proforma can be downloaded from the University of Child Health Sciences (UCHS) website.
2. Pay Processing Fee: A bank draft or pay order must be submitted to the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore.
   • For BPS-19 & 20: Rs. 5000/-
   • For BPS-16 to 18: Rs. 2500/-
3. Submit Application: The completed application form, along with attested copies of educational degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, a passport-size coloured photograph, and the original bank draft/pay order, must be sent to the office of the Registrar, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore.
4. Deadline: Applications must be submitted by December 15, 2025. 
Important Conditions
• Only candidates with a Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.
• Government servants must apply through the proper channel.
• Applicants with foreign degrees must provide a Higher Education Commission (HEC) equivalence certificate.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
• No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
• Incomplete application forms will not be entertained.
