Project Background

The project aims to modernize and upgrade Pakistan's power distribution system, focusing on reducing significant energy losses, enhancing revenue collection, and improving the resilience of infrastructure against climate change risks. The project will involve upgrading grid stations and replacing high-loss 11 kV feeder lines with aerial bundled conductor cables.
