- Skills:
- Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute (wpm).
- Typing speed on a computer of 35 wpm.
- Domicile: Candidates must be permanent residents of Sindh Province.
- Testing Requirement: Applicants must have passed the screening test conducted by SIBA Testing Service (STS) with at least 40% marks.
