2. Online Application: Candidates must also apply online by sending their application to diradmin@ndma.gov.pk.
3. Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement's publication. Based on recent NDMA listings, a similar vacancy cycle recently closed on March 12, 2026.
4. Labeling: The name of the post applied for should be clearly mentioned on the top right corner of the envelope.
5. Documentation: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents, duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), at the time of the interview.

• Mandatory Service: Selected candidates are required to serve a minimum period of 18 months.
