 District Judiciary jOBS 2026 

Applications are required from candidates who are permanent residents and hold a domicile of District Swabi for the following purely temporary vacant positions in the District Judiciary Swabi. The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty (30) days from the publication date of this advertisement.

(1) The prescribed application form can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge, Judicial Complex, Shah Mansoor, Swabi, or from the website of the District Judiciary Swabi: www.dsjswabi.gov.pk.

(2) Candidates must write their full name, father's name, date of birth, complete address, CNIC number, mobile number, and educational qualification on the application form.

(3) Candidates must submit their application form along with certified copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and 2 passport-size recent photographs either by registered post or by hand at the office during working hours.

(4) Applications sent via post must reach the office two (2) days prior to the last date.

(5) Salaries and other allowances will be according to the rules and regulations.

(6) The age will be calculated as of the last date for submitting applications; however, relaxation in the upper age limit may be granted by the competent authority as per prevailing rules.

(7) Incomplete applications will not be considered.

(8) Government/semi-government employees must submit their applications through their respective departments.

(9) The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board of this office and will also be available on the website of the District Judiciary Swabi.

(10) No TA/DA will be given for the interview, nor will any call letter be issued to any candidate.

(11) The competent authority reserves the right to fill or not to fill any post or to cancel the recruitment process.

(12) As per instructions, a 10% quota is specified for women and other rules will apply.

(13) Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

(14) Legal action will be taken against those candidates who submit false or fake documents.

(15) Candidates applying for Serial No. 1 and 2 must attach a copy of their registration certificate from the Employment Exchange (Government Technical College, Shah Mansoor) with the application, otherwise, the application will not be considered.

(16) The number of vacancies mentioned above can be increased or decreased.

(17) All recruitments will be subject to approval/NOC from the Finance Department, Peshawar.

(18) The date for the test/interview will be uploaded on the website of the District Judiciary Swabi (www.dsjswabi.gov.pk) and will also be displayed on the court notice board.
