1. Only candidates holding a permanent domicile/residence of District Abbottabad will be eligible to apply.
2. The age of the candidate must be between 18 and 40 years.
3. Educational qualification requires the candidate to be literate, and preference will be given to those who possess expertise in the relevant field.
4. No criminal proceedings should be pending or proven against the candidate.
