• Contract Terms: Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time based on performance and mutual consent.
• Verification: Degrees and certificates must be from HEC-recognized universities, and relevant professional registrations (PEC, PCATP, Bar Council) are mandatory where applicable.
• NOC Requirement: Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
