Terms & Conditions

1. It is mandatory for all candidates to create/update their profile on the ETEA official portal. After completing the online application form for any post, candidates must print the deposit slip and verify their CNIC via an E-Sahulat NADRA Franchise (Kiosk). Applications will not be processed or considered valid without this verification.
2. Upper age limits will be relaxed as per the regular prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
3. If at any stage of scrutiny, a candidate is found ineligible, they will be disqualified.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews.
5. Notification regarding the test will be sent via SMS. Candidates must keep their mobile numbers active and should not change their cellular networks.
6. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
7. Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.
8. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or alter the number of posts without assigning any reason.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
10. In case of any false or forged documentation, the candidate will be disqualified at any stage.
11. A separate application must be submitted for each post.
12. Errata/corrections are acceptable only if modified by the authorized department.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates should visit the ETEA website to submit their online applications. 
2. Upon successful submission of the online form, a customized fee deposit slip containing a specific token number, project code, and applicant details will be generated.
3. The printed deposit slip/fee can be paid at any EasyPaisa shop, mobile app, or any branch of UBL Bank. 
4. After depositing the fee, keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip safe. Do not share it with anyone else. 
5. Do not send any educational documents or copies to the ETEA office. Hard copies of testimonials will only be required from candidates who clear the screening test.
